BN200 - Benefits Display Overview

BN200 provides agency core HR users with the ability to display personal data pertaining to employee and family basic enrollment information for insurance elections and benefits.

At the conclusion of this course participants will:

  • Describe the benefits enrollment and plan administration processes
  • List the tasks performed by Agency HR and BEST Shared Services for benefits administration
  • Search for an employee and view available benefit infotypes on the employee’s record using
  • transaction code PA20
  • Display benefits confirmation forms and letters

Technology Requirements:

  • In VILT courses, a web camera enhances the training experience, but an audio connection and dual monitors are a must. If you do not have the ability to connect via a microphone, you must be able to connect via phone. If your computer cannot use two monitors at the same time, your manager must make arrangements with our training team prior to attending class. Two monitors allow you to have your student guide or instructors screen on one monitor while classroom activities are performed on the other.
