About This Role

The Position Approver role allows an HR Professional to approve the creation of a new position or changes to an existing position for an organization.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Approve the creation of a new position or changes to an existing position

Obtaining This Role

A Security Request must be submitted by the Agency's Data Owner to create/change roles assigned to an employee's position.  The required training classes must be completed before the position gains security access to the requested role.

Required training:

  • OM200 - Organizational Management Overview
  • WF220 - SAP Workflow for Approvers

Recommended training:

  • N/A
