NCFS Intercompany (IC) Transfer Entry

About This Role

The Intercompany (IC) Transfer entry role allows users to initiate transfers by using the spreadsheet upload, initiate transfers manually and receive and complete transfers.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Understand how transfer types and number of entries drives intercompany creation
  • Create intercompany batches
  • Enter intercompany batches
  • Using the transfer report to increase real-time information 

Obtaining This Role

A Security Request must be submitted by the Agency Security Adminstrator to create/change roles assigned to an employee's position. The required training classes must be completed before the position gains security access to the requested role.

  • GL100a - Journal Entry
