Merchant Card Master Services Agreement

A new Merchant Card contract was awarded on December 4, 2014 with an effective date of February 1, 2015 to SunTrust Merchant Services, LLC (STMS). The contract is for a 5 year term with two optional one year renewal periods.

The components of the contract (Number 14-008474) as represented by STMS’s Best and Final Offer (BAFO) are the result of STMS’s response to the State’s Request for BAFO document. The documents are available below:
