In April 2024, the Office of the State Controller (OSC) moved to a new Microsoft 365 tenant.
As a result, the OSC Contact Center, supporting the Integrated HR-Payroll System and the North Carolina Financial System (NCFS), now has new email addresses for support requests.
Moving forward, ONLY use the following new email addresses when attempting to make your inquiries to the OSC Contact Center. Please take a moment to update your records.

• NCFS Questions – NCFS@ncosc.gov or you may call 919-707-0795 / 866-292-4314
NOTE: Email requests sent to the old BEST and NCFS email addresses (ending with @osc.nc.gov) are no longer able to be viewed or processed.
