In April 2022, OSC changed the login process for the Integrated HR-Payroll System to Microsoft Login from the NCID Login platform to facilitate the move to Multi-Factor Authentication. While it is no longer seen in this process, NCID is still critical to your uninterrupted system access. When you login using the Microsoft Login, a “handshake” is performed between that system and NCID to ensure you are authorized before granting access. If your NCID has expired (which it does every 90 days for most employees) OR if your NCID is disabled, then your login will fail.
NEVER WAIT until your password has expired to change it. Be proactive and ensure you are always up to date. Use the link below to update your password if you are getting close to that 90-day mark and contact your NCID administrator if you have questions.
