TTS004 - Train the SME Workshop

This workshop focuses on the mechanics of how to be an SME during virtual end-user training. After experiencing a Train the SME course as a participant, you will learn how to be part of a three-person training-delivery team.
 

At the conclusion of this course participants will:

  • Understand the process to register as an SME for VILT sessions
  • Know the process to document class questions and answers and create a Parking Lot Questions file for review with Process Area Leads
  • Use the Chat functionality in Go To Training to monitor participant questions and present to the course trainer
