TTS003 - Train the SME - Transfer Entry - Creation and Receiving

This course is designed specifically for identified R1 NCFS Training SMEs and is part of the Train the SME process. 

This course is a follow-up to the Advanced NCFS Navigation and Inquiry course that will take learners through the processes to initiate an Intercompany Transfer manually, initiate an Intercompany Transfer via spreadsheet upload, and receive and complete Intercompany Transfers.
 

At the conclusion of this course participants will understand:

  • How transaction types and the number of entries drives intercompany creation
  • How to navigate the NCFS system to create intercompany batches
  • The process of entering intercompany batches and how that aligns with the overall intercompany process
  • How the transfer report will help drive efficiency by increasing real-time information, decreasing manual work and automating the report output
