IC100a - Transfer Entry - Creation and Receiving (Release 1)

Class Description Details

This required course for NCFS access is a follow-up to the Advanced NCFS Navigation and Inquiry course that will allow learners to initiate an Intercompany Transfer manually, initiate an Intercompany Transfer via spreadsheet upload, and receive and complete Intracompany Transfers.

At the conclusion of this course, participants will:

  • Understand how transaction type and the number of entries drives intercompany creation 
  • Navigate the NCFS system to create intercompany batches
  • Understand the process of entering intercompany batches and how that aligns with the overall intercompany process
  • Understand how the transfer report will help drive efficiency by increasing real-time information, decreasing manual work and automating the report output
