TM310 - Leave Administration

TM310 provides Leave Administrators with the ability to perform leave administration in the OSC Integrated HR-Payroll System.

This class is part of the process for obtaining the Leave Administration security role.  To acquire this role you must do the following:

  • A Security Request must be submitted by the Agency's Data Owner to create/change roles assigned to an employee's position.  The required training classes must be completed before the position gains security access to the requested role.

At the conclusion of this course participants will:

  • Explain how information in other OSC HR/Payroll modules may affect time, payroll, and quotas
  • List leave quotas in OSC HR-Payroll
  • List key changes:
    • Leave Hierarchy
    • Leave Offsetting
    • Holiday Behavior
    • Time Evaluation
