Training Event Refund and Complaint Resolution Policy

REFUND POLICY

The guiding purpose of OSC Training with each event is to bring you an exemplary learning experience. We see a complaint as a gift and an opportunity to improve to the level of excellence which our incredible community of dedicated government employees deserves.

Our refund policy is simple: If you have a conflict or choose not to attend a paid event for which you registered, just let us know before the event registration closes and we will refund your money, no questions asked. After registration closes, no refunds will be provided. 

Refund Processing Policy:

We do not accept cash or checks. We only accept payment through CMCS or a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). If you paid by credit card, we would refund your fees to that same card. If you paid through CMCS, refunds will be processed through CMCS. 

Please note: We are obligated to refund registration fees and deposits related to course enrollment only. We are not responsible for travel related or other expenses.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution Procedure for Live Courses:

If you attend one of our live courses but are dissatisfied with either the content of the course, as measured against published course objectives, or the manner in which the course is conducted, please do us the favor of working with us to improve the course for other participants by bringing your concerns to the director of training or one of the staff as soon as possible. Grab our attention during a break or a lull in the action so that we can address your concerns immediately and resolve them before the end of the course. Our staff will listen to you and work with you to find resolution. 

Informal Resolution Procedure for a Live Webinar:

Obviously, it is harder to “grab our attention” during a live webinar. In that event you can email us at any time before receiving your certificate to inform us you are unable to finish due to a complaint. Once the webinar is over, we will work with you to find a resolution or refund your registration (for paid events). If you complete the course and receive your certificate, we will be unable to issue a refund. If your issue is one of minor feedback, please know we would love to hear it! Minor feedback issues can be reported via the Feedback Form you will be given access to at the end of the course or event.
