NCFS COA Maintenance

The templates below are intended for Chart of Account changes related to:

• Agency Management Unit
• Agency Program
• Project

Please thoroughly read the Instructions tab of each template workbook. Requests submitted incorrectly will be returned to the agency for correction. Completed templates should be emailed to the OSC Contact Center at ncfs@ncosc.gov. OSC staff will review the request, upload to NCFS once approved and notify the requesting agency once complete. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once submitted to OSC.
