The NCFS Bank Account Authorization form is used to add, change or delete bank accounts in NCFS. Please make sure the form is completed and signed before emailing it to the NCFS Help Desk at NCFS@osc.nc.gov.  An NCFS team member will reach out to the user once the request has been completed or if there are any questions.
