What is the cut-off time for certifying universities and state agencies?	Universities must call SOC by 12:00 P.M. and the agencies must call by 1:00 P.M.
Could my agency or university certify two different months in the same day?	No. Due to the requirement of viewing the agencies report before certifying, it would be impossible to certify for two or more consecutive months.
