Starting Thursday, October 30, 2003 the Office of the State Controller (OSC) will be moving the Fixed Asset month end reports to separate locations in Systemware (XPTR). Please note that all month end reports prior to October 2003 will be listed in XPTR under the old location OSCOP* FA500-1 Month End Reports. The new locations are as follows: OSCOP* FA500-3 RETIRED DATE OSCOP* FA500-4 ACTIVE RECONILIATION OSCOP* FA500-5 COST ADJUSTMENT OSCOP* FA500-6 TRANSFERRED IN OSCOP* FA500-7 TRANSFERRED OUT OSCOP* FA500-8 DEPRECIATION OSCOP* FA500-A CAP COST ADJ TO PY OSCOP* FA500-B CAP ACQUISTION OSCOP* FA500-C CAP RETIRMENT OSCOP* FA500-D CAP TRANSFER IN OSCOP* FA500-E CAP TRANSFER OUT OSCOP* FA500-F CAP ASSET LIST OSCOP* FA500-G CAP PRIOR YR ACQ * replace with C for P Region or F for NC23 Region. |

| October 13, 2003 | The FA01 - Fixed Assets Training Manual has
been updated.
This means that budget revisions formatted for NCAS (Function 19) by 6:30 pm will be included in that night's NCAS batch processing cycle. The previous deadline was 5 pm. |
