A new banner has been added to the Operations section. The new banner is called Emergency Special Hours Request and contains the procedures and form needed to request the system for special hours.
A new form has been added to the Forms section and Training section. The name of the form is "CBT Completion Form". This form must be completed after each CBT in order to fulfill the prerequisites to sign up for additional courses.
