November 25, 1998 The Interface Error Report name has been changed to BPS Master File Discrepancies Report. 

The RMDS report series, OSCOP* GL890-2 CASH RECON, which includes the BD800SUM and BD800DET reports for the current month, has been discontinued. Agencies can now access these reports through the RMDS report series OSCOP* MOCUR-5 BD800 REPORTS.

November 10, 1998 Posting the FY98/99 Certified Budget 

OSBM has begun to interface each agency's certified budget into NCAS.  The BPS 
to GL interface posts the budget transactions to the Suspended Batch Master (SBM) file 
in General Ledger for agency review. The suspended batch will be listed on GL 
screen 275 under each company number. The batch will have a blank APPL AREA code 
and an effective date of 07/01/98.  Review the topic Establishing the Budget 
for more information.
