General Ledger Detail Purge (07/29/2002)
On Friday, August 2, OSC is purging the General Ledger detail posting entries for FY 2000/2001 from the online system and the agency specific detail ledger (DAPG67) files. After the purge, only GL entries with an effective date of 6/30/01 to the current date will be available online through the Posted Entry Query (GL220) screen. The agency specific detail ledger files will contain postings from 07/01/01 through the current date. FY2000/2001 details will be relocated to the EOY files.

Reminder: Certified month-end reports for June 29, 2002 will be located in the X/PTR report series OSCOP* MOCEY.

NCAS Training Materials, Procedures (Step-by-Steps) (07/03/2002)
We are currently in the process of converting all of the training manuals to the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.  The Step-by-Steps previously located in the Policies and Procedures section of the SIG are now under the Training Manuals link located in the Policies and Procedures section, as well as the Training section.  This section contains links to the complete training manual for a course and to separate .pdf files containing only the procedures (Step-by-Steps) and the class materials.
