Help Desk Hours Change (08/30/2002)
Effective October 1, 2002, the hours of
operation for the Office of the State Controller’s NCAS Help Desk will be 7:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If assistance is needed other than the
Monday through Friday published hours, please refer to the Emergency
Special Hours Procedures for any special requests. Please direct

Fiscal Year End depreciation report (08/27/2002)
The Fiscal Year End depreciation report found
in Systemware (XPTR) as OSCOP* (* being C for P region and F for NC23 region)
FAFIN-3 YEAR END DEPR RPT are incorrect. This report was reading the 8 digit
fixed asset number. The OSC has made the necessary change to read the 10 digit
asset number and will rerun this report today. Also, the OSC has changed the
name of this report to OSCOP* FA CAPITAL DEPRECIATION. This name change has been
made so that all capital reports will be concurrently listed in Systemware. To
view this new report the following step should be followed in Systemware:
