As many of you are aware, many constraints have been felt due to Hurricane Floyd and the snow storm of the past year.  In order to maintain firm control of the cash balance in the General Fund, the State Controller’s Office requests that all General Fund Quarterly Cash Projections be entered into FOCUS or faxed to Denise Driver by March 30, 2000.  All projections should be entered based on the request that the agency or university has made to OSBM for the quarter April 1, 2000 to June 30, 2000.

When entering or preparing to fax the General Fund Quarterly Projections please show the expected expenditures and revenues by day instead of the current process (expenditures on the first day of the month and revenues on the last day of the month).
