SUBJECT:    New CAFR Reports in SmartStream

The Office of the State Controller has created some new CAFR reports in SmartStream which are listed below. These reports can be accessed through your desktop. If you do not see these reports listed in your desktop or if you have trouble accessing these reports, contact the OSC Helpdesk at 875-4357.

CAFR 11AStatement of Changes in Assets and Liabilities

The CAFR 11A is a report for agency funds which shows the changes in assets and liabilities. This report can be accessed through Replica.

CAFR 11BStatement of Plan Net Assets

The CAFR 11B shows balance sheet account information for pension trust funds. This report can be accessed through Decision Support System (DSS) Analyzer Reporter.

CAFR 54Statement of Change in Plan Net Assets

The CAFR 54 shows operating statement account information for pension trust funds. This report can be accessed through DSS Analyzer Reporter.

CAFR 57Budgetary Basis Operating Statement

The CAFR 57 is a budgetary operating statement for 1-type and 2-type budget codes. This report can be accessed through Replica.

CASH 11Balance Sheet

The CASH 11 is a cash based balance sheet. Each agency can use this report during their monthly reconciliation process. This report can be accessed through DSS Analyzer Reporter.

CASH 11CBalance Sheet - Proprietary Funds

The CASH 11 is a cash based balance sheet for proprietary funds. Each agency can use this report during their monthly reconciliation process. This report can be accessed through DSS Analyzer Reporter.

The CASH 53 is a cash based operating statement for proprietary funds. Each agency can use this report during their monthly reconciliation process. This report can be accessed through DSS Analyzer Reporter.
