SUBJECT:   NCAS Grant Accounting Contact Personnel

We are in the process of updating our database to improve our communication with agencies. As part of that goal, we would like to add federal grant accounting contacts to our existing database. This will allow us to target memos and telephone calls to the appropriate person within your agency.

Please complete the attached user information survey for your primary federal grant accounting contact. If there is a secondary contact, please complete a separate sheet for that person and indicate that this person is the backup.

Please give prompt attention to this matter so that we can make sure that important federal grant information gets to the right people. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
