In order to prevent an overdraft
of the Central Payroll Bank Account, your agency reimbursement of the TOTAL
PAYROLL COST should be immediately transferred into the payroll account
upon receipt of the payroll register from our office. At the latest,
the funds should be in our account one day before the payment date shown
on the check or deposit. For example, the reimbursement for the June
2002 monthly payroll dated 6/28/02 should be in our payroll account on
or before 6/27/02.
