The W-2 form for Tax Year
2000 consists of three individual statements COPY 2, COPY B and COPY C.
The W-2 form was produced using standard stock paper on the Information
Technology Service Laser Printer. This printer does not have the
capability of providing a perforation between each of the individual statements.
It will be necessary that the employee cut between the individual statements.
A cost savings of approximately $6,000.00 was obtainable by having the
form printed at ITS, rather than ordered as a pre-printed form.
