The Alpha Check Listing Report and Check Signoff Listing have now been combined into one report.  The new report now includes a line for the employee to sign, if needed by your agency.  The former Check Signoff Listing will no longer exist.  The Alpha Check Listing Report is available for viewing and printing, for all agencies, through X/PTR. The report name is listed below.

The mid-month and/or monthly payroll transmittals for cycles B, F, G, N and Y have been changed as follows:
 

1. A column for 'PREVIOUS PAY' has been added.
2. Deductions will print on the payroll transmittals for the above cycles as -***DED CODE  XXX  $$$.$$.  Please keep in mind that the deduction code and amount printed are the ones reflected for the employee's last payment.  If you want them to be taken for the current pay period, your agency will need to re-key them.  To reiterate, the deduction amounts appearing on the above payroll transmittals are there for reference purposes only; they do not appear in the DEDUCTION TOTALS AMOUNT unless re-keyed.
3. The prior mentioned payroll transmittals have been migrated to X/PTR.  Your agency should go to X/PTR to TEST your VIEW and PRINT capability during the month of MAY.  The report name shown for the payroll transmittal has been listed below.

We have made no changes to the CYCLE 'K' STUDENT PAYROLL TRANSMITTAL except to also move it to X/PTR.
 

The payroll transmittals for all cycles are being printed and distributed by our office this month.  For the month of JUNE, your agency will need to print your own copy of the mid-month and monthly payroll transmittals from X/PTR.  We suggest that a test of your ability to VIEW and PRINT capability be performed during the MONTH OF MAY USING THE MAY INFORMATION
AS FOUND ON X/PTR.
