WHAT IS AN ACCESS LISTING?
The ACCESS LISTING, if applicable, provides your agency with the racf id#, referred to as OPERID, and the NAME OF THE USER. These individuals have the ability to either inquire into or to alter payroll information for your agency. Immediate action should be taken in the event of changes in payroll responsibilities for the employees on this listing. New employee access to the Central Payroll System will be granted upon our receipt from your agency of the completed Central Payroll Access Request Form. The Central Payroll Access Request Form has been included with this memorandum.
REPORT FREQUENCY
A copy of the Central Payroll Access Report, if applicable, will be mailed to your agency during the month following each quarter-end. Each update should be reviewed by your agency to ensure that any changes made during the prior quarter are reflected in the current listing.
