SUBJECT:	Central Payroll User's Forum, May 11, 2005

The Office of the State Controller has scheduled a Payroll User’s Forum for May 11, 2005 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.  The forum will be held at the Department of Correction – Enterprise Conference Room, which is located at 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC.  You should enter the building using gate #4.  This site also houses a Test Kitchen whereby meals may be purchased.

Please click on the links below to obtain a copy of the minutes of the November 3, 2004 payroll forum meeting and a copy of the agenda for the May 11, 2005 payroll forum. 

Because of the many changes, which are occurring in the Central Payroll System, we strongly encourage each agency to make plans to attend.  Please provide Carol Stephenson with an email notification concerning the number of members in your party, if you plan to attend; or notification that you are unable to attend, as soon as possible but no later than May 9, 2005.  Carol’s email address is cstephenson@ncosc.net .
