Reminder |
This memorandum serves as a reminder that Central Payroll will begin using the new LASER CHECKS with the February 2004 MONTHLY PAYROLL RUN. A direct mailing of a check sample provided prior notification concerning this change with Memorandum PR2003-020 dated December 29, 2003.
The checks are the same size as the ones used for the NCAS agencies accounts payable transactions. The checks will fit into the same standard #10 window envelope that is being used for the NCAS laser checks. For checks being mailed, we recommend the use of either a security or brown window envelope.
