On a monthly basis we generate the PX476 report listed below.
Except for the account numbers 531450, 531451, 531452, 531453, 531660, 532941 and 532950, the employer contribution to health benefits are prorated when splits are encountered. Whereas some agencies have stated that they do not want the employer matching prorated, other agencies do want the employer matching to be prorated. We are looking into the possibility of producing the report based upon your agency request. This will take some time to accomplish.DEDUCTION DISBURSEMENT RECORD
AND EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION TO HEALTH BENEFITS
A TEST version of the 03/31/2001 was produced to accompany this memorandum. Unfortunately the header indicates 04/30/2001. This TEST version is actually for the month of March. This report does not prorate at all. Please compare this Test version against the live version of your report, which is dated 03/31/2001. We then need you to make an agency decision concerning the prorating of the employer contribution.
In order that we may know
your decision, please make a copy of page 2 of this memorandum and supply
answers to the questions. After the questions have been answered
on page 2, a copy of page 2 should be either mailed or faxed to our office
