Reporting

There are three report series that have been created to support Multi-Year Processing. It is the agency's responsibility to review the MYI's on requisitions and purchase orders and verify that the MYI's are used correctly.

Report Series: C-U-PS-LIST-FUTURE-REQ

Report: RPT-REQ

This report lists open requisitions for future years. This report can be used to validate the fiscal year designator for requisitions. This report should also be used to notify buyers of requisitions with a multi-year indicator that have not been converted to purchase orders.

The report is available for users to run as needed in the PSPUBLIC IE library.

Report: RPT-PO

This report lists open purchase orders for future years. This report can be used to validate the fiscal year designator for purchase orders.

Report Series: C-CHANGE-FUTURE-PO

This report series resides in an OSC private library and is run only by OSC data processing staff after July 1. This process creates two sets of reports that are placed in RMDS for agency use. Detailed before and after pictures of each PO line that was changed can be found in RMDS Series OSCOPC MM118-1 PS BATCH PO S. A summary of the changed PO lines can be found in RMDS Series OSCOPC PS EOY CONVERT FUTURE PO.
