Financial Statements

OSC will be delivering to state agencies and universities the necessary CAFR reports (Balance Sheet and Operating Statements) through the SmartStream Decision Support System (DSS). The Statewide Chart of Accounts is delivered through the North Carolina Accounting System Information Guide (SIG) which can be accessed from the OSC web page [www.osc.nc.gov/]. Please make every effort to have the DSS PC based application (available in both Windows and Macintosh versions) in place before June 30. If you have any questions please call 919-707-0795.
