Use
Use this report to verify what capital improvement budget codes have been reactivated by the
C-GL-BUDGETCODE-REACT-TRANS job. The OSC Systems Administration Division requests the
C-GL-BUDGETCODE-REACT-TRANS job to reverse the inactivation transactions created by the
C-GL-BUDGETCODE-DEL-TRANS. The C-GL-BUDGETCODE-REACT-TRANS job is run because a capital improvement
budget code is closed prematurely, or when the Office of State Budget and Management notifies OSC that a closed capital
improvement budget code is to be re-opened. The C-GL-BUDGETCODE-REACT-TRANS job activates all accounting
distributions associated with a budget code so that new activity can be posted against this code. The job also activates the all
company/fund combination on the Master Company/Fund table associated to a budget code so that new distributions can be
validated against this code.
