Type IWE in the NEXT
FUNCTION field to access the Item Warehouse Entry (IWE) screen. |

Type the item number
in the first KEYS field. |

Type the warehouse ID
in the second KEYS field, and press ENTER.
The Item Warehouse Entry
(IWE) screen is displayed. The item number and warehouse ID appear in the
ITEM NUMBER and WAREHOUSE fields on the screen.

Type the lead time
(in number of days) in the LEAD TIME field. |

Type P for purchasing
in the SOURCE TYPE field. |

Type your requester ID
in the PLANNER ID field. |

Type your buyer ID
in the BUYER ID field. |

Type Y for yes or
N for no in the AUTO REQUISITION field.
An inventory control code
must be designated for the item/warehouse record on the Item Warehouse
Entry (IWE) screen. The min/max control or order point control is generally
selected for an item/warehouse record. Different steps must be followed
when assigning an item/warehouse record the min/max control versus the
order point control.
