Usage History by Item/Asset Account

The Usage History by Item/Asset Account (RUHIA) report records the issue and shipment activity for each inventory item. The report is organized by asset accounting distribution. All usage activity for the specified distribution is displayed on the report. The report is further organized by item number and description. The following information is displayed for each transaction that appears on the Usage History by Item/Asset Account (RUHIA) report:

Item number and description
Warehouse location
Type of activity

Four types of activity are recorded on the report:

1.	Order shipment: an order line issue An order shipment appears on the report as a positive quantity.
2.	Order return: an order line return An order return appears on the report as a negative quantity.
3.	Direct Issue: an item issued via the Direct Issue (DI) screen
4.	Direct Return: an item returned via the Direct Return (DR) screen

If a reference number is entered on the Direct Issue (DI) screen or Direct Return (DR) screen when processing a transaction, the number will appear in the ORDER field on the report.

Date and time of the transaction
Unit cost of the item
Order number
Usage order quantity
Total cost of the transaction

The warehouse manager should review the Usage History by Item/Asset Account (RUHIA) report daily. The Usage History by Item/Asset Account (RUHIA) report is located in RMDS in the report group IN270-7.
