After warehouses have been defined in the system, items must also be established in the Inventory module. Items must then be associated with a warehouse in order to complete transactions involving the item. This item/warehouse association converts the inventory item to a purchasing item in the NCAS Statewide Item File. You must also know how to change and delete items from warehouses in the system.
