The NCAS provides the following screens to inquire on group account information:

• The Group Account Inquiry (GAI) screen is used to inquire on group accounts previously established on the Group Account Entry (GAE) screen. Using the Group Account Inquiry (GAI) screen, you can verify the information that you entered on the Group Account Entry (GAE) screen.

You can also use the GAI screen to locate or review the accounting distributions associated with a group account code. The GAI screen displays the group account information (group type, group account code, event ID, event description) and the accounting distribution (company, account and center) for each account established in the group account file.
 

• The Item Number Inquiry - 1 (INI) screen can be used to locate the group account associated with an item. The Item Number Inquiry - 1 (INI) screen displays the information used by the OSC to define the item on the Item Number Entry - 1 (INE) screen.
