The warehouse manager can use the Cycle Counts Due by Item (RCCBI) report to determine which items should be cycle counted. The report displays inventory items by warehouse and their corresponding count dates. Those items with past due or upcoming count dates are listed before those items with later count dates. Items that are past due or due immediately for a cycle count are identified with an asterisk (*) symbol. The warehouse manager should request a cycle count for these items immediately. The warehouse manager should review the Cycle Counts Due by Item (RCCBI) report as necessary.

Note that a report location does not exist for the Cycle Counts Due by Item (RCCBI) report. It is not currently located in RMDS. However, the Office of the State Controller (OSC) will establish the Cycle Counts Due by Item (RCCBI) report in RMDS upon your request.

Because the Cycle Counts Due by Item (RCCBI) report is not currently located in RMDS, a report sample is not available.
