User Support Record Form
The User Support Record Form is used to record North Carolina Accounting System events and their resolution whenever a client agency reports a serious problem or makes a request for Client Support services. All requests are tracked at OSC Client Support by entering a User Support Record into the Change/1 event tracking system. The Change/1 system resides on the OSC local area network.
User Support Records may
be:
| 1) submitted directly by the client agency using the User Support Record form, |
| 2) completed by Client Support in response to an agency phone request, or |
| 3) originated by OSC staff to request system changes. |
