After clicking on the Reports tab, you will see this type of Welcome page when you enter the site.

You will click on the other topics near the top of the screen, Personnel Admin, Organization Mgmt, Benefits, Cost Center, PMIS Data, or Management Scorecard to access reports from these areas.

Since BI is a separate system outside of SAP, it has an independent Welcome page with updates concerning new standard reports, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), or other changes.

You should find the FAQ's very useful since they contain detailed step-by-step instructions with screen shots to guide you through common actions.
