Remove Column and Undo Lesson 3

You may also use the following techniques to alter a report.

Removing a Column
You can easily remove an unwanted column from a report by clicking on the column header and dragging it outside the boundary of the report. When the column is freed from the report, you will see an X appear as illustrated in the image here and the column will disappear.

In this example, we are removing the Occupied Position Count Based on Employee Work Sched column from a report.

Undo an Action
If you decide that you want to undo your last action or return to the original report layout after several changes, you can right-click anywhere on the report and choose Back then Back One Navigation Step or Back to Start as illustrated here. The report will revert back to the way it was formatted before your last change or back to its original format.

In this example, we chose Back One Navigation Step to add the deleted column back into the report.
