Master Services Agreement

A new contract was entered into effective August 1, 2006 with SunTrust Merchant Services, LLC (STMS). The components of the contract (Number 14-06002), as represented by STMS’s Best and Final Offer (BAFO), are the result of STMS’s response to the State’s Request for BAFO document. The documents are as follows:
