The Office of the State Controller and the Department of the State Treasurer have rebid the Master Services Agreement (MSA) for electronic funds transfer. The new contract has been awarded to Bank of America and the effective date is June 24, 2013.
Further communications regarding the process and procedures to convert to the new MSA will be provided during the next several weeks, including an upcoming stakeholders meeting and projected time schedules.
The MSA provides services to eligible state agencies, universities, community colleges, local school units, and local units of governments on a statewide enterprise basis, allowing eligible participants to benefit from the leveraging of volume pricing.
